23 Church Street is conceived as a pure, minimal-modern residence: long horizontal planes, quiet material transitions and uninterrupted light composed across approximately 4,397 square feet of living space on 1.40 wooded acres.
Every level is shaped by 12-foot ceilings. Five-foot-wide glass panels are recessed at both the floor and ceiling, with less than an inch of frame between them—creating a near-continuous wall of glass and an unusually weightless architectural expression.
